The Trade Lake Town Hall was full and it spoke well of the interest of local citizens in keeping our culture and environment status quo. It was noted that the County has passed an unlimited livestock ordinance, but that was positioned as a good thing in that apparently the County no longer wants a cafo but understands that if they do come they must be under strict control. As such, the Town attorney felt that we should move forward as quickly as possible to develop our operations ordinance. It was determined that it could be completed before year end. The town passed a motion to join the Township Consortium. The Town passed a motion to have the Town attorney send a letter to the Burnett County sheriff and DA asking them to review the Cumberland LLC bribery letter written by Andrew Marshall. All motions were passed by unanimous agreement. A successful meeting.
