Tonight, March 10th, the Trade Lake Board passed the Large Livestock Operations Ordinance. Give yourselves a pat on the back. There was a full house! Standing room only.

Thanks to everybody who came and everybody who has supported this moment for 2 years. Keep in mind that this does not affect Siting. That is a County Zoning issue and there’s still a lot of work to be done there. What we have achieved through the Ordinance is a high level of local control over any cafo that is sited in Trade Lake.
