The status of the Cumberland LLC application has not changed recently. In March 2023, the final application was rejected due to an insufficient nutrient management plan. The farm then resubmitted a preliminary application in May 2023. We responded by stating that application review could not commence until a complete, final application is received. Nothing has been received since.
I’m not sure why the ePermitting database would reflect changes to the application in July/August. This could be a result of the database auto-archiving the project.
