Communities across Wisconsin are feeling the effects of huge factory farm expansions. Our health and property are at risk. State laws do almost nothing to protect us. That’s why people across the political spectrum are organizing to pass local factory farm ordinances.
Last year, factory farm lobbyists tried to ban our ordinances in the Wisconsin legislature. Together we stopped them. But Wisconsin Farm Bureau’s President has publicly stated that he wants to see the legislation introduced again and is vetting co-sponsors in the legislature.
